(2) Rack: It is divided into one left and one right rack, with lower roller bearings installed on the rack. There is a square buckle screw rod inside the frame, and the upper end of the screw rod is hinged with the bearing seats at both ends of the upper roller.

(3) Reducer: The ZSY280 hard tooth surface reducer is installed on the channel steel base together with the pad height.

(4) Electrical part: all installed in a control box for easy operation.

(5) Unloading device: installed on one side of the reducer for balancing the upper roller during unloading; Unloading and recovery are completed by the oil cylinder.

How to use a three roll CNC rolling machine to process conical workpieces?

1. Generally, plate rolling machines can roll cones with a small taper (30 degrees). The key point of rolling a cone is that the linear speed of the large and small ends is basically the same. Since the linear speed of the upper roller is the same, it is necessary to control the linear speed of the large end. If there is a cone roller device, it will be easier.

2. Raise one end of the pipe on the bending machine, place the small cone on the low end, and continuously move the large end during rolling. The entry speed of the large end should be accelerated. Add a side wheel cone device to one section of the roller. There are two cone barrels installed on both sides of the lower roller of the rolling machine. When rolling, place the small end against the cone barrel, and the edge of the small end will lean against the cone barrel and enter.

The roller has a certain slope and has a large lateral force during rolling. It needs to add a lateral deceleration gear, and the gear needs to be quenched. If the diameter is small, the board is thin, and the reel is long, the three rollers can be made into conical rollers, but the required curvature needs to be calculated.

3. Adjust the synchronous shaft with a cone device. Before straightening the plate rolling machine, the straight edge of the cylinder must be removed first. This straight edge varies in length depending on the model and type of the plate rolling machine, and can be determined by referring to the equipment manual.
